I was kind of stuck at home waiting around for it, so I was relieved when the package arrived right on time. No issues with the delivery at all...

I ordered a couple of things from PAC and they worked fine overall. My only issue is that I had to dig around a bit to check the ingredients myself, especially since I have sensitive skin. It’s not a bad experience, but it would be a decent thing to make safer or gentler options easier to spot, so people don’t have to play guessing games with what they’re putting on their skin.

I do like a few products from PAC Cosmetics, but umm, the regular prices feel a little on the higher side to me. When there’s a discount or sale going on, it definitely feels more worth buying. That said, the offers aren’t always amazing. Overall, my experience has been okay, I just wish the normal pricing was a bit better.

Am I the only one who got a weird feeling from the packaging? It just didn’t seem quite right to me, and it made me question whether the product was actually genuine. I’m not saying for sure it wasn’t, but something about it felt off.

I wanted to like this, but the fragrance was just too strong for me. After using it, my skin felt a little bothered, so I’m guessing it might be something in the scent that didn’t agree with me. Maybe my skin is just extra sensitive, but I probably wouldn’t use it again.

I emailed them, but the response took forever and wasn’t really helpful. I ordered from paccosmetics.com thinking I’d get my stuff in a reasonable time, but the delivery was way too slow. I kept waiting and there weren’t proper updates either, which just made it more annoying for me. If I need something on time, I definitely wouldn’t order from them again

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of ordering the nude shade, what I received was straight-up orange. It looks nothing like the product photo, so I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re expecting a true nude color.

As someone who’s picky about how products sit on my skin, I actually liked the texture at first. It felt smooth and not too heavy, which I appreciate. But after a few hours, the finish started looking a little patchy on me. It’s not a bad product, I just expected it to look a bit more even and settled throughout the day.

The return process itself was easy, and I did get my refund in the end. It just took a little longer than I expected, which felt avoidable, but overall it worked out okay.

I ordered a few base products and brushes from PAC Cosmetics for my makeup kit, some of it is good. The brushes in particular feel nice and work well enough for regular client appointments. So it’s not like I hated everything, not at all, there are definitely good things in the order.

That was disappointing because for pro work, wear time really matters, and I kept noticing the same issue again and again. The shades online were also a bit confusing, which made choosing harder than it should be. Overall, it’s good stuff, just not fully reliable enough for my full-time professional kit.

Pages were taking forever to load, and some of the filters just didn’t do what they were supposed to, which was annoying. Checkout was also confusing, and I had to go back twice just to double-check what was in my cart. The products might be good, but the site itself feels like a lazy little headache to use. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a good one.

Support did get back to me eventually, but it was slow and I had to keep following up for the refund, which felt like something they should’ve handled without me chasing. I really wanted to love PAC cosmetics, but the shade range just didn’t work for me 😕 Most of the base products I looked at were either too light or pulled too warm on my skin.
If you happen to match their shades, then it’s probably fine, but for deeper or more neutral skin tones, it feels limited. I hope they bring out more options soon!

For the price, I expected it to last better. Maybe it’s fine for other people or under different conditions, but on me it got messy way too fast. I don’t think I’d buy it again.
